The project was officially launched on July 15, 2021. This project, also known as "Thomas", represents the locomotive whose mission must be achieved and res on the beautiful vision of both sides. After the cooperation and close cooperation of the project teams of the two sides, the milestone of the project was implemented, and the launch of the first phase of the project was completed on schedule on January 1, 2022.

This time, GREA and Eppen formed a united project team to jointly create a "Thomas" transportation management platform based on GREA Logwire logistics technology platform, TMS, BMS, Adaptor and other products to achieve the following goals:
